A weeks ago I tried to install php5 to my laptop. I’m using kali linux rolling version. But php5 was removed from the kali-rolling sources:
[2016-07-12] php5 5.6.22+dfsg-2 removed from kali-rolling (Kali Repository)
So, from some references, I should add the old repository. So I gotta add the old repository to my source list. Edit using nano/vim must be root –> /etc/source.list
and add the repository
deb http://old.kali.org/kali sana main non-free contrib
then save the file and did “apt-get update” on your command line. Finally it has been fixed.
